Helpful delivery men, but would have appreciated them being able to unpack the 5-drawer oak tallboy for me, as struggling to lift it out of the packaging myself (I'm 80 and only 5 feet tall) was a mite stressful !!
The only other complaint is that it is almost impossible to find cups to fit the feet of the reclining sofa. The ones I bought are too deep, so if I try to move the sofa, the outside feet simply slide out of the cups. Suggestions would be appreciated. Failing that, how about redesigning the feet or supplying cups that fit properly?
