"Great service and quality item"

From purchasing in the shop to delivery our sofa buying went perfectly. When we later added a sideboard we rang up and managed to get it added to the order so it was delivered the same day too. Only thing is it knocked us over the £1500 spend but we didnt get offered the free assessory (mirror , clock etc) possibly as we did it in two seperate orders thag were combined together so it didnt count. But we werent fussed about it really as the service and quality of the items are perfect!

Got our new suite , from Oak Furniture land.
Now I'm going on the fact " we don't sell flat pack"
The salesman told us that the settees ( electric recliners) come in parts, to get them in the door... I appreciate that.
But " the delivery guys will put them together"
He also said they may object, but if there were any problems phone me . " they have all been told to assemble them"
Needless to say the settees arrived , the guys wouldn't assemble it and the sales man wasn't available when my wife phoned.( surprised?!)
Customer service were on hold for ages and the delivery guys were itching to get away.
To be fair the guys were pleasant and chatty, and eventually assembled the chairs so my wife gave them a tip.
The packaging was left in my back garden ..... And there was lots of it. So I had to break up all the large cardboard boxes, get them in the car and take them to the dump.the boxes were over 5feet long
In fairness the suite is ok .... Standard stuff available from other places, but delivery service was poor.
I'll not be looking forward to trying to contact their customer service department if something goes wrong again.

I ordered two to seated setae's.Thay were ready to be delivered the next day if I whonted.The delivery was on time well packaged the two men that delivered them were very helpful The man that done my order at the store mad the proses very easy and explained the paper work to me.I am pleased with my product.

We recieved our Sofa on the day we requested although they turned up 2 hours early and dump the Sofa with one of our contractors which we were not happy about as they did not try and get in touch. The Sofa was in perfect condition so overall we are delighted with it

I am very pleased with my four chairs, I will certainly be recommending you to friends and family. Your delivery was excellent and everything went well, I thought I would buy these chairs having seen your add on the television,. I was rather anxious about the delivery having been told by a local furniture company who tried to deliver some chairs we ordered from them, that they could not get their furniture through the door. Their furniture was smaller than your chairs, they simply took them away and gave us the money back, I just could not believe it but, no problems with your delivery men, my furniture was delivered with no problems. Also, what a lovely free gift a French farm house mirror, wonderful. Many thanks 😃

"reclining settee"

tried out the product instore decided to buy,was intitially given wrong info
about finance but this was soon sorted satisfactorily.But then had a few weeks to wait for delivery, but once it arrived it was found to be excellent.
Worth the wait.

"Not impressed"

We were sold furniture care, yet when we needed it they told us we weren't covered for our complaint. We are not happy and are taking it further to the trade standards.
