Nice sofa, but no assistance with unpacking or removal of packing materials, you also only have a short time to report a fault.

Also make sure you've chosen the right one/size before ordering
as this company don't make it easy to cancel, you can't cancel in store and getting through on the phone to customer care isn't easy, & if you leave it too late there's even a penalty clause so you lose money!
