"Excellent service"

This is the third time I have used On the Move Laundry while my maid has been on leave.
Only once in two years has the collection been late with the result that one dry clean item only was late. They made a special extra trip to get it to me.
Everything else has been pn time and well done.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service. My duvet came back unwashed, but ironed. My suit jacket is now 5 days late and the drivers are still making it difficult for me to just get back my clothes. Disgusted by the poor quality and service. Never using it again!
