I came across On The Move when looking for a company to clean my duvets for winter - I wish I had found them earlier! I booked a collection late one night, it was collected early the next morning and returned promtly the next morning. Such convenience! Everything was cleaned and pressed to perfection! I landed up sending not only the duvets but all the sheets too.

I had curtains cleaned and cannot fault the quality of the cleaning they did. I also compliment them on their communication. It is great that they collected the curtains, but I do not live at the premises and the collection and drop-off service inconvenienced me. The driver was delayed on his way to collect the curtains, I could not wait for him and had to return the following day for them to be collected. When the curtains were returned, I was advised it would be an afternoon drop-off, but they could not give me a definite time until shortly before they arrived. I understand that their type of business and service makes timing difficult, but for me having a more definite time for collections and deliveries is important.

The driver forgot some of my clothes at the office which was a bit disappointing as this was the 1st time i was using this service.
