"Shocking 1st Experience"

Hi

I made an appointment for the collection of 4 suits for dry cleaning. At the time they were supposed to collect I get a phone call saying the drivers car broke down and they will come through within 90 minutes. Over 2 hours later I phoned again to ask what was happening and the lady said she would call me back. 1t minutes later she calls back but her driver doesn't have a driver's licence so they are denied entry to the estate.

I do not recommend using these guys, hopelessly unprofessional.

I would recommend this service. I came back from holiday with lots of laundry and it was collected on 30 dec and back on 31st at the times Ageed on, all nice and fresh and folded.

These guys were always on time and did and delivered an excellent service. Even on a day when they had no water they went the extra mile and collected it the next day ( a public holiday) and returned it on the same day.

I've been visiting Johannesburg for just 4 days but I needed clean laundry. On the move laundry picked my dirty clothes up from the hotel concierge and returned it to the concierge while I was out touring. I used the chat feature on the website to get updates and clarification and Lameck was extremely helpful. Thank you!
