There is a problem with our app. After the app was successfully launched the former provider published a version of the app that states that the app has been cancelled. Tithe.ly worked with our team to resolve the issue. We look forward to working with Tithe.ly in using the services they provide to allow us to more effectively share the good news of Jesus Christ and His great love.

Not sure how to answer. Got a Tithley review request. I know this is because Tithely owns Breeze, which is our CHMS. I work at our church. But I don't really feel I know much about Tithely or have a connection to the organization other that they send me webinar invites to things that aren't feeling very relevant to my work and then asks me to give them a review. What I'd really like to see is Tithely keep Breeze working well, and affordably. [Review submitted by Shelly. Not sure how Sarah's name got attached.]

There are several places where lists and drop down lists are not in alphabetical order. It would be very helpful if they were or option to sort by different columns. Example: Under All People Groups and Households are alphabetical but All People is not. Nor is there way to sort by a column.

Tithe.ly provides reliable web-hosting and an interface that is fairly easy to master. Online donation/giving is simple and trustworthy. Tithe.ly is not, however, the integrated suite customers think they are buying. Tithe.ly makes lots of promises about future improvements; "We working hard on this" is a common refrain. Longtime customers see little real improvement.

"Need for Transparency- Time Commitment and Refunds"
As the leader of a small nonprofit, we were eager to use a platform that we thought would give us a one stop for many different functions we currently use through separate platforms.
Going in, we did not understand how much time and work would go into trying to build the website and transfer data. After going through an incredibly difficult period and not accessing any of the tools in our subscription, we were denied a refund. Tithe.ly did respond to our review and provided support. They do not track individual use on their platform, so it is important, if you are overwhelmed and not able to implement the tools, don't wait to cancel or reach out for help. It is not standard procedure for Tithe.ly to provide refunds. Hopefully, Tithe.ly will make sure to provide this information to future customers. Make sure you have the bandwidth to use the tools, or start slow.
