I called to report water leaking into my apartment. My call was answered promptly and dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. The appropriate workmen were contacted and the repair work was carried out quickly. It is reassuring to know that Careline are available for any emergency.

Call was answered within seconds. After taking details of problem asked me to stay on line while an ambulance was called. Came back on to advise ambulance was on the way. Called home number twice afterwards to check if the ambulance had arrived and when my wife was able to confirm I had been taken to hospital for a full check over she said she hoped all would be well. I have used this help in an emergency when I couldn’t breathe and everything was done so quickly, a paramedic was here within five minutes followed by an ambulance in another five and all the time the lady that answered my call was reassuring me the whole time.
