I would just like to thank Luke at Utek Appliances for his excellent and professional service.

We bought a Neff oven and one of the side panels had a small mark on it. I spoke to Luke and he and the delivery guy came to look at the damage. He said he would sort it out with Neff and get back to me.

I expected to be waiting a few weeks for this to get sorted but after only two or three days the new panel arrived and I fit it immediately.

Luke was very professional and very efficient in the way he handled the situation so thank you Luke I really appreciate all your help, truly a five star experience, highly recommended.
