"Inadequate delivery"

Hello there,
Last Monday I spent an hour searching for the handheld vacuum that I required, on the internet. I knew which item I wanted, but needed it asap. I chose utek appliances over other companies because I was given a quick delivery turnaround- next day delivery! Unfortunately, I have only just received the item, a whole week later! I had to use the message tool on the utek website, to try to track down the item when it did not arrive the next day. Utek were quick at responding to my message but did not actively seek out to inform me of the delayed delivery time. I understand that there was a delay in the Shark delivery they were receiving. Had I had known this, I would have cancelled the order and purchased the vacuum with another supplier.

How do I say this? The service I received from this company was amazing. From ordering to delivery and the after-service I received was one of the best I have received since I started shopping online.

I was looking for Ninja and Shark products for my new home, the models I was looking for were out of stock across major dealers. When I found Utek through Google, they confirmed the availability of thee models and was shipped to me on the same day.

My kids love the new home and they definitely love our Shark Vacuum
