"All round excellent service"

I searched for a new fan (we are due a heatwave you know - at least 2 days!!!!) as the ones I already have were just not doing it for me. I had seen this item on the Ideal World shopping channel and the reviews are excellent. So, I thought, I will Google it and find out a bit more. Utek Appliances appeared near the top of the Google results, so I thought why not take a look (sorry, I had not heard of Utek before - shame on me). The fan appeared and it was at an excellent price (even compared to Ideal World, who had it on offer but it was still more expensive than Utek). Well, who doesn't love a bargain, so I jumped in and purchased it. The fan arrived yesterday and was used last night - all I can say is what a brilliant fan, definitely keeps you cool. Excellent service all round from Utek, from ordering to delivery.

Hi received coffee machine with a large scratch to front of machine have contacted twice through email and sent photo evidence of scratch not heard a thing from the company not happy as machine was a expensive purchase expect more customer care than what I received

I ordered a mower and separate grass box on the 25th April and have waited ever since for the delivery. Finally I rang again and said I desperately needed the mower which they delivered the next day, the 13th May. Am still awaiting the grass box.
They said they oversold the item but I find this wait unacceptable
