Absolutely brilliant customer service and was here in a couple of days. I was panicking as it was a birthday present. Spoke to someone who let me know the situation and kept me updated and then assured me it would be sent before the date we needed it. Sent tracking info by DPD and didn’t even pay for postage! And then got back to me in minutes after I had a scam text to day we had a parcel arriving. Didn’t click on the link, emailed them and they got back to me almost immediately to tell me it wasn’t them. The watch was £30 cheaper than everywhere else too! Bonus! Would DEFINITELY use this company again, the communication was second to none and they went above and beyond! Well done Utek appliances! Got it bang on!

There was no damage to the item ordered however the experience dented an otherwise excellent selection of supplier.

The supplier will contact the delivery company for an additional explanation of the packaging violation.
