I bought a pear shaped engagement set unit beautiful and so sparkly. People think it’s real! I had to contact customer service a few times to change my order and they were able to accommodate me with every request I had. Great customer service great quality jewelry will definitely order from here again!



Update: I had the ring for only a week and a stone fell out. I contacted customer service via email and they never respected to me. They didn’t respond to me until I expressed my dissatisfaction on their fb page. Once I did that they got back to me on my fb messenger. They told me I could sent the ring back to fix or they could send me a new one free of charge but wanted to charge me $35 for shipping. Their shipping is $7.99. I asked why the shipping was so expensive and they never answered me. I don’t like when companies sell a faulty product and they want to give you the tuna rounds to replace their mistakes. It’s not fair as a consumer. The ring is beautiful but if they have a Warreny they should honor it without the consumer having to pay an extreme amount of money to fix their mistakes.

I was impressed by selection first and foremost. However, once I quickly received my purchases, I was blown away by the quality and how the pictures didn’t do my ring any justice!!!! I can’t stop looking at my beautiful ring and I tell everyone don’t hesitate if they are looking for a new ring!!!!

"Rings faulty and so is customer service "

This company is horrendous to deal with and their products are faulty. Ordered my first ring and within a week one of the stones had fallen out. They replaced it (albeit slowly) and now the replacement ring has had a stone fall out. Contacted customer ‘service’ and asked for a refund because this is twice and I don’t want any more of their faulty rings. I’ve been told because it’s outside of 30 days (by about one month) I’m not entitled to a refund! I can however post it back at my expense! How do companies get away with this!? I won’t let them! This is wrong on so many levels!
