My hubby and I had been wanting to upgrade my wedding ring for a while now and I had first discovered this company on tik tok so I figured I'd give it a try and see if we could find something I liked and not have to spend thousands. I ordered my first set which was a princess cut stone with a matching band and let me tell u it was beyond my expectations! The quality of the moissanite is incredible that u would NEVER know it wasn't a real diamond so that was a huge plus for me. I have now ordered over 8 different styles of rings and love every single one! I did end up losing a couple stones on two of the bands and contacted their customer service department which was very easy and they got back to me right away and said they would happily replace both of them and I only had to pay a 20 dollar shipping fee. I received my replacement wedding bands within one week and they are perfect! The prices and the quality of the jewelry is amazing! Forever customer 💜💜💜

I absolutely fell in love with the rings I choose. By the third day two of the stones fell off. I reached out to customer service and they resolved the issue. However, The follow up needs some improvement. They informed me they're were going to send out a replacement but never told me when or tracking number. It was when I reached out that I got the Information. The replacement ring came on the date I was told. Overall I am satisfied and enjoying my ring.
