"Customer service is terrible and will lie to cover up messes"

Ordered on 1/5 and didn’t receive until 1/24. Shipping stated 10-12 business days. Wasn’t even shipped until 1/18 when I emailed for a 2nd time asking about shipping and when I can expect my package. They then told me that the item I ordered was a new design and that is why there was a delay in shipping, when in fact that was a lie, as I have purchased this exact item 2X prior over the span of 3 years. (Reason for same purchase: the first time I purchased item there was no warranty offered, one year after purchase I lost a stone. Re-ordered and had same item for 2 years when I lost a stone on the 2nd item. At that time the warranty was only good for 1 year, as to why this is the 3rd time ordering the same item.) I responded letting them know I knew this was I fact a lie and how I knew this was a lie, and they offered me a $10 discount. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and the blatant dishonesty as I have been a loyal customer. I will be shopping elsewhere.
Update: after receiving an apology and an offer for an in-store credit, Stated that I appreciate that and would accept. However, I received another email stating that I would need to delete my review in order for them to make it right and refund the purchase. This is a joke. I declined the refund and I will be keeping my review up.

This jewelry was absolutely so fake looking, I would never wear it anywhere. I too got the email to accept the $30 and keep the rings. Still have heard nothing and have not gotten any refund. Will never order anything again and hope this prevents others from getting taken for poor quality.

When I opened the box, I was amazed to find that the ring was even more beautiful than it had appeared online.

Making a lab created stone (or stones) which turns out stunningly, takes a real fusion of chemistry; fabrication; and great design.

"Best Customer Service I ever had"

Best Customer Service I ever had. Prompt email responses, and also gave me a free pair of earrings that are gorgeous when I emailed about a return, but then just ordered another size and kept the other ring, they sent the earrings with the new sized ring as a thank you. Stone fell out after wearing the ring twice. Took a picuture and emailed asking for a replacement and they responded immediately and are sending a replacement. Great customer service!
