Never received my order after numerous phone calls to customer service suddenly the number isn’t working anymore I ordered February 13th it’s March 3rd And I was never given the tracking number to track the delivery myself because this company is a china based company and I was under the impression that it was in the USA this is why I’m very hesitant to order from these type of places and I will definitely let the people I know not to shop here I want all of my money back !! You need to tell people that your products are coming from china and not VIRGINIA!

Received my ring broken, not going to even try to send back, took over a month to get it. Looks extremely fake!

I never received either order that I made from this company. I reached out on Facebook messenger and was told that it was still within the delivery time so I had to continue waiting. Would probably not order again unless better customer service and transparency on shipping was made possible.
Update: After leaving review, I was contacted by Maxine customer service saying they would dispatch a new order with express shipping and I would receive the order in 3-6 business days. Unfortunately, it’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t received either order. I am fixing to reach out to my bank to dispute the order because at this point it seems almost fraudulent. They have my money but I do not have anything to show for it. Highly disappointed!!!

I am so pleased with my purchase and if I had the money I would order more. The set I bought was exactly what I received. And the packaging was absolutely gorgeous. When I can I will be purchasing more. And when I noticed that I didn't complete my address I reached out and they were quick with replying and helping me get my order. I recommend this jewelry site to all of my friends and family.

I wish I had known about Maxine Jewelry’s return policy before purchasing. Returning an item requires shipping it back to China, which is not clearly stated upfront. My package has been stuck in customs for weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’m still waiting for my refund over a month later. The process is slow, expensive, and frustrating. If you’re considering a purchase, be sure you’re 100% happy with it—because returning it is a nightmare.

WARNING, RETURNS GO BACK TO CHINA AT YOUR EXPENSE. I have had good luck until this last purchase. The jewelry has been beautiful and very high quality appearing. However, this latest ring looks....flat. The quality of the materials was different even though the pictures make it look the same. Due to the cost, it's a no returns policy for Americans.
