We purchased a glass pendant light from the Ipswich store. On calling to collect it a member of the Glasswells staff examined and found that the glass had a very small blemish on the rim. I explained it was so small that I was prepared to accept it as it was but this kind lady neverthless inststed on giving me a ten percent discount which I considered quite exceptional service, especially as I had not asked for such. A small gesture on an item costing £100 but very much appreciated all the same. We have purchased many items for our home from Glasswells and this attitude of putting the customer first is typical.
