We are very impressed with the new hall, stair and landing carpet purchased at Glasswells, Ipswich store. The manager, Terry, was extremely helpful and professional and listened to our needs. Also,Jadon, the carpet fitter, was so polite and did a superb job. Total satisfaction throughout and would highly recommend .

We have used Glasswells many times. We went looking for new sofas and Nigel Gladwin served us. He was very informative and we didn't feel hurried or pressured. Making the decision to proceed with a purchase we were taken to pay a deposit. He said he would send me a sample of the material so I could match it to choose curtains. I am still waiting for that to arrive, so hopefully will come in a day or so. Very good service and would recommend.

After deciding on an overdue refurbishment of our house, we looked at the various options and settled on Glasswells of Ipswich to help us create our new home.

The store environment is very appealing, but more importantly the service levels have been exceptional. From the initial purchasing of lighting, carpets, curtains and furniture, to the delivery and fitting services, Glasswells didn’t disappoint. The service was attentive, measuring accurate and attention to detail excellent.

This is a review of the delivery and assembly of a wardrobe. The two people who brought the wardrobe put it up quickly, exactly where we wanted it, and removed all the packaging. That was what we had paid for so no surprises there but happy with the service, would recommend to others.
