Visited the Ipswich store and was helped by Ben all I can say is what a extremely helpful person, not pushy at all and was just trying to help us find the sofa we were looking for, which he did. I would highly recommend glasswells to everyone, nothing was too much trouble.
They also have a fabulous coffee shop which was absolutely delicious, highly recommended the jacket spuds.

Nigel was helpful and able to give us different options in the store once he knew the furniture we were interested in. This was done in a way that was not pushy, leaving us so we could decide without any pressure. I have been looking for new sofa for some time and today did a 100 mile round trip to Glasswells on the recommendation of some friends. I was not disappointed.
Not only was there a wide choice but I had excellent assistance from Nigel Gladwin, who quickly grasped what I was looking for and showed me a number of items I had not yet seen. He skso fave ne ideas about upholstery choices which were very helpful. At present I am waiting for fabric samples and hope to be able to make my decision very soon. I also had incidental help from other staff members during my visit to the store and all were very helpful and friendly

"Fast Response to Battery Pack Problem"

I had a problem with a battery pack that began to play up on a recliner chair that I purchased from Glasswells in 2022. I took the battery into the store and demonstrated the issue. Glasswells customer service in Bury St Edmunds were brilliant, as per usual. Sam recognized the problem, got straight on to the manufacturers and a new pack is now winging its way to me free of charge. What's not to like? Excellent service as always.

"Great customer service"

Our Himolla power recliners are nearly 5 years old. The rubber insulation on the cable from the handset was cracking. I called Glasswells for advice, and was asked to send a photo of the affected part. Within a couple of hours, I had a call back to say that they had contacted Himolla in Germany and two new handsets were on their way to me in the post. Great service- Thank you!

Bedroom furniture arrived today. Two very cheerful guys offloaded the units and assembled them in our bedroom. Excellent job done in no time at all. We’ll done Glasswells.

We recently bought a rug and sofa. Adrian’s service was above and beyond; moving things around the store for us so we could see how the colours would look together.

Wasn’t pushy at all, but really appreciated his help and advice.
