"Aspall 2 seater"

I ordered an Aspall sofa over a year ago and tried to order another 2 seater to match. It came but was completely different colour. The driver took it straight back to warehouse and Sam from customer service took over. Exceptional customer service took batch numbers and contacted manufacturer they said can't get anywhere close to match my fabric. Sam refunded our money and apologised no lengthy discussions just dealt with it and that's why our whole family have shopped here for decades. Both our grown up children just bought houses and had their beds from you and curtains done by Sarah who also complete professional and so very helpful. Congratulations on your staff your products and fabulous customer service. Will definitely use again.
