"Superb flooring "

This was our first time using Glasswells for a new kitchen floor and we were initially cautious having been let down several years previously by another different flooring company. The entire process right from choosing our flooring, from booking right through to fitting was excellent. Our fitter Steve Johnson was amazing, a true
professional and expert at what he does. We informed Steve that we were concerned with having the floor screeded and a new floor fitted having had our kitchen cupboards painted recently. We didn't need to worry at all as Steve was very tidy and so careful with everything. We are absolutely thrilled with our new floor and cannot thank Steve and Glasswells enough for your service. We will be personally asking for Steve when we get future works done!

We recently came into Glasswells to look for bedroom furniture. We ordered a wardrobe which a couple of lovely men put together for us. Tom Repton was amazing helping us in store telling us about the different options they do. We have just been back again to order more shelves for it and buy a few more bits. Every time we see Tom he is polite and friendly and couldn't be more willing to help. The furniture is great quality will definitely be buying more from there again.

Served by Julie Bird today, at Glasswells Ipswich, who was superb throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very patient as we had many questions about multiple ranges of sofas to ensure we got the best selection. She made sure we had all the details to help us get things right and she also made great suggestions. Would highly recommend her if you are coming here for help and support with Sofas. So impressed that I personally went to the store manager to let him know how good she has been. Bravo!
