"Be very careful if using this company"

Be very careful if using this company. They broke a lamp while moving furniture and refused to pay any compensation despite being told they are very reliable.
Not to be trusted at all.

Avoid this company at all costs.Twice in one day they didn’t turn up and gave a pathetic excuse van had broken down.Decided to turn up to a field at 4 30 to dismantle two log cabins
Instead they damaged the driveway to my field and into my dog area.Wouldnt answer their phones both men in the van and walked away and left area to my field fencing open and main gate to my field
Threw their rubbish around the van area and no call from this useless company to communicate what was happening.
When I asked for insurance details they refused to telling me they had no liability whatsoever and the drivers were contractors and I had to make a claim against the driver!Arrogant and extremely rude driver who refused to give me his insurance
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS and find a reputable company that actually has insurance and will give details when required.Women in the office called Maria extremely unhelpful and obnoxious

Sent all the photos to her of how they left my field and simply just ignored

"small move"

It is annoying when you have a small move out of London and there is no friend available to help to hire a van also it is near Xmas.Neither of us is confident enough to attempt a drive. wish we had ordered more furniture at my old address and then got Amazing Moves to take it to my new one.The mover guys were efficient and careful and polite.Alex however is a great communicator and does not lose patience with anxious movers.Thanks again.Not really cheap for a small move but was out of London.But pretty quickly done.

This is our second time using Amazing Moves. Both times its been last minute and they have been able to get in Would give more stars if i could. Reliable, able to follow instructions, communication was excellent. The team at the drop off where really efficient and so helpful!

"Highly recommend for smaller internal removals"

We had a very small internal removal job switching beds and chest of drawers between rooms. Maria was really helpful making the booking, two men arrived on time and were quick, clean and pleasant making the moves. They were particularly keen to ensure everything was completed and positioned exactly as we wanted. Even though it took considerably less time than the minimum two hours we had to book, the very reasonable hourly rate meant it was excellent value for money.

I was so disappointed in this service the actual van movers took advantage of me scammed more money out of me.

An agreed rate was given from the beginning and half way through the job the movers are telling me a different rate which should’ve been stated from beginning, as how do you know clients have enough money for it. So I had to tell them to stop working, which left me without a kitchen at new property.

Il advise not to use this service, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone to go through that. People have a budget when moving so you know what you can afford. So for them to change the rate half way through the job is so unprofessional.

"Poor (customer) service"

I booked a move with Amazing Moves, and it turned out to be less than what they claim to be.

The move was due on a Sunday afternoon at 14.00, and they called the day before to say they might run max 1h late, but they said the driver will call to confirm the time.

After I had to call the company several times for an update, no one knew when they'll show. Eventually they turned up 3.5 hours later than initially agreed. That's extremely poor customer service.

When I contacted them several times for a partial refund for the inconvenience caused, they didn't bother to respond. I had to press hard only to not offer a refund.

The move itself was okay, nothing to write home about, but their customer service is terrible.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend them.
