"They are an unreliable and most of their staff are rude"

This company is a joke, when we applied for a new boiler which we got through Bambu, we thought we were buying it, but it turns out we are leasing it. We were not given the 16 day cooling off period and have had nothing but trouble ever since. Our yearly service is due in February, but every time we send a reminder to get this arranged they state that it isnt due until April. We have a battle every time we ask them for something and all we want is for the boiler to be regularly serviced at the time it is due. They are rude and obnoxious and their staff just want to tell us what to do rather than help with our query. As soon as we are able to pay it off we will do that and look for another company who looks after their customers as they aren't a good company to be with and I wouldn't recommend anyone gets a service from them.

When I got my boiler fitted I definitely give 5 stars, but 4 years paying you decided sell your house an you still owe nearly full price for boiler, payed over 2000 , please always read the small print, worse than a pay day loan

Hometree kept their promise and my new boiler was fitted as arranged on Tuesday 21st Jan.2025.
Paul the Gas Engineer from Newton Abbot Devon did an expert job removing the old boiler, and after much skilful and tidy work the central heating and hot water is working again from the new and compact 24kw Glow worm boiler.

Easy to operate by simply pushing a button on the wireless thermostat too and all settings and temperatures were expertly programmed in .Up to now not cost me one penny as I chose the very flexible and friendly Hometree Finance package.
