"Does anyone have a direct contact for PAOM"

I made a booboo and didn't research the company before placing an order. Thank god it's a small one.

I have tried reaching out for updates on my order to the customer service email, multiple times, and have had radio silence from them.

Also tried reaching out on IG and Facebook as their social media is quite active.

Does anyone have a direct contact for them? I just really want to know if I'm ever going to see my tshirt or my money again. A shame. Really wanted to work with them more...

Dag van vandaag (28 januari 2021) nog niks ontvangen. Geen enkel contact met printall kunnen krijgen ( via mail/whatsapp/bellen) kortom OPLICHTERS! BESTEL HIER NIET!

It’s been 2 months since I’ve ordered and no updates. No Customer service .

Besteld, betaald maar nooit aangekregen. OPLICHTERS!!!

"Betaling lukt snel,leveren niet en zal misschien nooit gebeuren zoals het er naar uitziet."

Bestelling gedaan 9 december, zou nog voor feestdagen geleverd zijn en helaas geen kerstgeschenk gekregen. Vanaf de 10 de dag moest je bellen indien niet geleverd. Geprobeerd en zero contact. Ook op mails wordt niet geantwoord.
Dat is ook de eerste en laatste keer. Zonde van het geld.

Uiteindelijk toch geleverd, maar slechts de helft van hetgeen besteld was. Gevraagd om dit recht te zetten. Geen reactie, geen enkel antwoord. Geld kwijt.

Delivery during the pandemic was faster than estimated. Extremely happy with the product quality - the T-shirts I've ordered are thick and well-made and long-lasting.

There is no customer service, none whatsoever. I ordered an item, it never arrived (in four months). I sent dozens of emails or messages over weeks on multiple emails adress and on their socials. Never got any response. Basically you are sending them money and then they ignore you forever.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOURE BASICALLY JUST HOPING YOUR ORDER SHOWS UP AT A DECENT TIME BUT ITS USUALLY MORE THAN A MONTH EASY AND THEY RARELY UPDATE YOUR ORDER STATUS ON THE SITE, BUT SOMEHOW THEY HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD FOR MARKETING SINCE MY EMAILS ARE FULL OF THERE GARBAGE ASS DESIGNS ALL DAY!!!!!! FXCK YOU PAOM!!!!

Waited weeks to receive a present for my son for Christmas, I ordered some NFL shoes... I received some 4 times to small Nba shoes.. This is ridiculous they can get away with this? Requested refund from them and PayPal hopefully PayPal has the ability to protect their clients...
