Made my first order as a test to personally check the quality of the cotton t-shirt. I had delay issues with the package because of international shipping policies, but, after a month, I received it. Meanwhile Evelyn and Samantha from PAOM customer service team (I suppose) were very nice tracking the order for me and checking its status, all done through facebook chat and mails. I was very happy with the print quality. One of the two t-shirt had a small hole on it and I just told them without any complain. PAOM offers a re-print! I think this is very polite from a company like this, offering a unique service, experimenting on fashion industry future! I'm new to PAOM and right now I'm enjoying it!

Even though there ended up being a shipping error with my order, the Print All Over Me staff, Evelyn in particular, went out of their way to make sure I got my order in time for my birthday!! And the jumpsuit I ordered is great!! Very grateful!!

DONT EVER BUY ON THIS WEBSITE

1-They claim they have the best quality even so only 1-2 items are and the rest is crap. You can also order a high quality clothing but your print be terrible or the sewing lines incorect. Size is not the same.
2-The refund suck. It's been 3 month and I didn't get a refund.
3-The PAOM + is a rape of money. They still put their tags with their website on high quality tag and yours is only a crap piece of paper that will fade over time. Also you pay so much for nothing because you need to have your own shopify (33$USD per month + the PAOM PLUS). They told me when someone buy on my website they get the order and do it for me without me manually order it on their website but it's false. They also deal with the money and when someone buy it on MY SHOPIFY paom get the money (regardless of the price tag i manually put (ex: 150$ and their website price is 100$) they will only give you 20% of 150$ and not 20% of 100$(+50$).
4-They messed up my shopify by sincronizing their website with (cost me 25H of my life to put the things back on track).
5-One of my client order a pants on my website. I received a notification 2 weeks later to tell me that they didn't started the production. So my clients waited 2 month for a pants AND DIDN'T GET IT! I called them to know whats going on! and they didn'T reply to me so I needed to refund my client. I got a really bad note!
6- Then another customers order a t-shirt and a pants. Turns out the pants sewing lines was all mess up. I called them to fix the problem they told me they will send another one. BUT THEY DIDN'T! I needed to refund this item as well. These clients was my first 3 clients! the third one is me and I wasen't happy too about the quality of their fabrics the sewing lines and the prints.
7-Fabrics are thin and cheap. They sell a jogging for 100USD with a 20$ quality. THEY SELLING THEIR CLOTHING THE BRICK AND MORTER OVER PRICE but it's for business and artist reseller! It doesn't make any sense!
8- Their website. Just try it you will know....
9- Okay I tell you. You can't delete a product you made. You can't center prints. There is a ton of bugs, missing information and tools.
10-Their customers support and services. YOU CAN'T GET A REFUND!

"PAOM"

PAOM is a wonderful company. I ordered a sweater with Eminem on it and a t-shirt dress with Britney Spears on it. They are now my favourite pieces in my wardrobe. I've recommended you guys to my friends and will definitely be buying more from PAOM in the future. And your support team are the loveliest most understanding people to talk to.

"I ordered a print of my own design on …"

I ordered a print of my own design on the Paom Site. It came looking all wrong. I brought it to their attention with photos, that this did not even look like the design. They were apologetic, offered to make it right, but after the design panel's review, they determined that they would not be able to successfully reproduce my design. Well, OK. They offered to give me a refund. This was over a month ago and I still have not received a refund. After countless emails asking for my refund, they no longer answer my emails. Please give me my refund you promised. What kind of customer service is this?????
