"Keep your expectations low and you'll be happy"

They were quite true to their production timeline and shipping estimates. I received my international order approximately 5 weeks from payment. I was really worried about getting the wrong size, so I sized up. Happy I did as the garments run incredibly small. Their measurement guides are pretty accurate, so make sure you check those. I'm an AU 10-12 on top and ordered an XL. It fits just right, with no tugging on the buttons, and is the perfect size along the shoulder seam. Normally I would order a M, so yeah — the sizing is a little off. The quality of the garment print is not as saturated as on their website, but I expected that from previous reviews. I haven't worn the item yet, so can't comment on the quality of the garment when worn or washed. Don't expect too much, order during a sale, and you'll be a happy camper!

"Absolutely avoid"

I ordered a shirt and was profoundly disappointed in the quality, customer service and overall production. It was over 6 weeks in shipping and for material and product that is sub par and made in China. Avoid at all costs.

"I ordered thirteen t shirts"

I ordered thirteen t shirts. I told them in a message as I paid that i needed to talk to a person on the phone because i couldn't imagine buying 13 t artisan tees that didn't work. Some questions i had were not addressed on site. They emailed finally, forcing me to try to explain in email. Their answers were not relevant. Finally i said if i cant speak to a real person, I will cancel my order." Meredith" said " we will cancel your order, you're not a good fit for PAOM." Period. They reimbursed my money and here I am.
Their website is a navigational nightmare. And THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER. The number they have listed in Google isn't theirs, and the people who answered the phone said they get their complaints all the time and they have repeatedly asked them to remove the number. Too bad, because, as I told them, they have glorious stuff.

They sent me a follow-up "rate your experience" request. Then I was blocked when i tried to rate my experience. Is this joke of a company run by a coterie of mean girls? So far it's been Evelyn and Meredith.

"Order at least three sizes up."

I placed an order for a shirt. It was $48.
They sent no confirmation, whatsoever.
I contacted them and after a week I got a confirmation.
I expected to wait a while for the shirt. They set that expectation.
The shirt arrived after a month.
I ordered a 3X. It was no larger than a large.
I cannot get my head through the hole.
There is no excuse for calling this a 3X shirt.
I am not going to go through the process of sending it back.
I will, however, spend at least $48 of my time posting reviews.
Don't waste your time with PAOM.

"They owe me over $900 credit and just won't honour it!"

I am writing to see what is happening about my credit. I have not heard back from you at all about this issue and as stated numerous times I really would like to use this credit worth US$928 which I have never been able to use. The credit was earned legitimately and I have explained in great detail what happened along the way:
- I bought a huge amount off you and earned the credit
- You sent me a code which was half the value
- I pointed out this was wrong and you corrected your error
- I tried to use it but I kept getting error messages
- I contacted you communicating it doesn’t work
- You told me it did work and so I waited for the order – that would have been the end of everything
- But I never received anything and have been falsely accused ever since
I have received nothing

I repeat: I bought a huge amount off you and earned the credit. I can see from all the online reviews that you have done this before to many other designeres. It's disgraceful and downright criminal.

"Won’t be using again"

The T shirt was sold out everywhere in the U.K. and PAOM was the only website selling it. It fits nicely and comfortably and Evelyn was very helpful when I contacted the company. However here are the reasons I won’t be using PAOM again.
1. It took two months for the Order to arrive.
2. I had to Pay £11.87 import tax to Royal Mail which the website did not tell me about, was already charged £20 for shipping
3. The order status on my order never changed from in production. So it made it impossible to track.
4. I never got an email with the tracking number and had to get in contact with them to get it in the end.

"Do NOT order from PAOM"

Do NOT order from PAOM. Ever.

1. I put my order in back in December 2017. It took them MONTHS to ship it and I had to send it back because the quality, the colors and the design were all over the place (READ: bad quality fabric, and even the printing of the design was COMPLETELY wrong and different from what I sent)

2. They WON'T give you a refund, even if it's their fault the design came wrong. So I sent my stuff back for them to re-do it at the very least. It is now April 2018 and I have YET to receive the items I ordered.

3. Their customer service is terrible. But you shouldn't be surprised because that's what EVERYONE else in this forum says.

Their positive reviews are most likely fabricated by their own people. I also think they must have 1-3 employees and they probably manufacture everything on China. Which is ironic given that they charge A LOT so you would expect these items to be made in the U.S. I mean... $38 for a t-shirt? And the quality STILL sucks? I can find better quality shirts on H&M. It's THAT bad....

I'm disputing these charges and hoping I can get my money back because I feel robbed. But if I can't, at least I hope I save someone else the money and the trouble.

This business is a scam. Wish they were more professional and didn't just rip-off designers and artists who are already pretty much financially struggling already. This is some bad karma...

"Sit and wait if you buy or want to get paid!"

As an artist, I really wanted to give it a try and have my designs out there. First, last November, 2017, my husband ordered a tote bag with one of my paintings on it. It looked so beautiful on the website that I was so excited! Well, after 5 months he hasn’t received the order neither I have received any payout. Again FIVE MONTHS, no five weeks but the longest 5 months ever. I also ordered a long sleeve sweater 3 months ago to collaborate as a customer, not only as an artist, and it didn’t work. We have spent almost $70 between the 2 purchases and they don’t seem to care enough.

PAOM: YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP

"This company can not be trusted"

This company can not be trusted.

Their product is outsourced to China - not the biggest deal, but it's an US based company providing pretty bad service.

My biggest issue is that they don't deliver in 2-3 weeks as advertised on their site and email confirmation. When I emailed, they were unapologetic about missing their estimated date of arrival.
Here's the messaging: "I understand, our studio in Shanghai was closed for a week due to Chinese New Year and only resumed Monday." which their site gives no info of expected delays, otherwise I would've ordered from another company.

My shirts never showed up and they will not refund.
What a waste. I would not recommend. Evelyn was unhelpful and did not come through.
