Customer service is great. Delivery when they said they would and set up all done before they left. And they are on the end of the phone to answer any questions I have.

Had my hotspring tub delivered 3 years ago today, initial issue with it with regard to scratches in the corner and dent in side from where it was brought into the garden. This was rectified by hotspring asap, cant fault the aftercare. I also buy my chemicals from hotspring, initially online, but more recently in store in Dobbies, they are always extremely helpful there, particularly Simon.

"Hotspring Freeflow Mini"

Rob made the whole process very easy and comfortable and helped us select the ideal hot tub to suit our needs. We have the Freeflow Mini which matches our garden perfectly. It's been very easy to maintain, and the lights look lovely at night. The features are great and is a big improvement from our lazy spa which was much harder to maintain and more expensive to run. Bought our hot tub and have now had it for 8 years without any issues. Always collect our salts and equipment from Hot Springs, always friendly and helpful for chemicals, would recommend always.

Having bought a Hot Spring Relay about six years ago, I am still amazed at how cheap it is to run despite rising energy costs. Really impressed and it has been a great asset. Just love it!!!!
