We've had hot tub 15 months.The before and after care service is excellent . Hot tub is amazing but We have had a few issues which they came out and sorted within the 12 months.

Great service from the start when we met Josie in Swansea. She continued to communicate very effectively throughout the entire purchase process. The two delivery guys Jack and Josh were awesome and went above and beyond. I had an issue whereby the tub didn’t come with a subwoofer as it should with the music option, but that has now been scheduled for installation.

I have the relay hot tub and have had it a few years, it is the best thing I ever did buying this. Sue sold me the hot tub, she was extremely helpful, tons of advice. Sue continues to be helpful by phone or in person. Amazing service

I Spoke to Simon in Chepstow after coming in for some chemicals and ended up having a a really good chat with him. What a lovely bloke
