"Failure to Deliver Item"

My order was placed 2 months in advance as I would be overseas at the time I wanted it delivered on the 20 Jan 2025 for my MIL 80th birthday. On the 16th Jan, an email was received stating the item had been sent from Tastebuds to Star Track Express (STE). 21 Jan I emailed TB for an update on delivery to which they replied that they would contact STE for an update and let me know. 23 Jan I emailed TB again as i had not received a reply and item still had not been delivered. 27th Jan I received an email asking if I still needed assistance. I replied on the 28th asking for a full refund as the item still had not been delivered. Very disappointed that the item did not get delivered and for the time it took to resolve the matter.

I have been sending Tastebuds hampers and chocolate arrangements to family and friends for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. "Not happy with delivery."

I paid for next day delivery and when ordering the delivery date was indicated as 1 Feb 2025 however a check of the tracking information subsequently indicated that the item was not being delivered until 3 Feb.
Not happy!
