Did not receive an order confirmation or tracking number, followed up with a call to request but it is still not come through so I have no actual confirmation that the order has been delivered despite being charged and then receiving a follow up email requesting feedback on the service

The order took 24 hrs to arrive. It was then left at a closed reception after hours at a hospital. I was not happy with the standard email response I received when I followed up with Tastebuds the next morning. Will not use again.
