I ordered the hamper on Sunday and it was delivered to Dallyellop in WA in just two days! I paid express delivery for a few extra dollars! When I first was notified by the courier they said it would take 8 days which upset me but it turned out very well! The hamper was well presented! Thanks

"Undelivered Hamper"
My order was put through for a christmas eve as a same day delivery. It has been 2 weeks with no updates - saying that the order is needed to be updated by the courier. It is 2 weeks overdue. No comment to refund my delivery fee or the fee of the hamper! It was over $150! Do not use them! Trying to get in touch with customer service is a nightmare - noone answers your call and I have requested a refunded and the order cancelled.

Firstly, my original order wasn't available. I really didn't like the replacement, but I accepted it as I wanted my sister to receive something for her birthday.
Secondly, I know you said you tried to contact me regarding replacement, but when I tried to contact by phone, three times, I was put on hold. I was then told the person was unavailable. I have used your company quite often and have always been pleased with the customer service. However, the last three times have been less than satisfactory. In the future I will seek alternatives for gifts.

"Did not deliver on the date requested"
Did not deliver on the date requested. They did not bother to contact me about the late delivery. I did not know it had been delivered until I asked the person and was told they had not received a delivery. I then contacted tastebuds to ask why it had not been delivered and was told it had been picked up 7 days prior and it was scheduled for delivery 7 days late. After asking where it had been sitting for 7 days as it had chocolate in it, I was advised that they would look into it and I would receive an email with an update. Email was never sent.
