I ordered glow fairy on the 11th October and up to yesterday it said on shop that the item was still somewhere in America. Today they say it has been delivered. I have had no parcel arrive and I was also charged £23 postage bringing it up to £53 that they have scammed from me. There is no one to contact they just ignore e mails. I would mark them zero if I could

"Useless and misleading"
I ordered the lift and firm butt cream and it’s a total let down. The product is tiny, you need one bottle per week meaning that to see the promised results you need to buy at least 4 bottles! There’s no value for money and I’ll never buy any product from this company again as they are a total rip off.

I placed an order today using Apple Pay, and somehow in between my double clicking and actual processing, the address changed.
I emailed customer service, and received a prompt reply from Lauryn, who was fantastic! I appreciate how quickly she found my order and was able to correct it for me before shipping took place.

"Refund for coupon code"
I found a coupon code for 50% off! When I went to checkout, I got a little too excited and pushed the buy now button instead of the one to add the code. I quickly sent an email to the customer service department. It was only about an hour later when I received an email stating that they went in and gave me the discount, and that I would be refunded to my card!

"Scam - do not waste your money!"
I would have scored zero if it was possible! This is a total scam, do not waste you money like I did. The product I received to diminish stretchmarks and cellulite never works and no improvement seen, not even after 6 or 8 weeks (as customer service I raised the complaint with recommended)! I livee in the UK and cannot even sent the rest of those awful sticks back as I will pay more in postage then the refund of the unused items! Total waste of money and awful customer service as they do not refund you the money after they sell you fake product! I feel totally scamed and robed!

"Delivery Issue with the first attempt"
There was a delivery issue with my order and I spoke to Lauryn, who not only resent it but as I was travelling remembered to message me to check if I was back and if she could dispatch it again - the service was amazing and she went far above what was expected. If all of the staff react like this the company is obviously doing something right - thank you so much Lauryn your prompt and efficient service was very much appreciated.
