I came across the Deco site on social media. I loved the choices of furniture and was surprised at the prices. I was a little unsure of something so gave them a call. Took a couple of attempt to get through. But very helpful. Delivery was quick. Quality is lovely the only issue no clips supplied to keep the set from separating. Overall love the set.

I really loved the range on offer and how competitive the price was. The order was quick and when I had to contact customer services to check a few things regarding delivery, they answered promptly and with detail.
On arrival the set was lovely, but there was an issue with one chair - I contacted them, they were brilliant and it was resolved within 48hrs.

The quality is excellent, as is the comfort - it looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend and purchase again from FD. I'm a very happy customer.

Found this site very helpful and they kept me informed about delivery etc. the packaging was good. The only issue I had was when I was asked for £50 delivery as they didn’t realise how large and heavy some of the order was. This should have been specified from the start. Once I paid the 2 man delivery fee it was fine. The price was extremely reasonable and this was reflected in the fact that it was a self build as compared to more expensive sites

Second garden furniture purchase from featureDECO in the last few years. Excellent customer service - responded almost instantly to email queries when I had issues finding the product I wanted. Also really responsive and flexible on delivery queries (I was moving house so needed to delay delivery). Furniture also great quality and lasts. Would order again without hesitation.

"Edinburgh rope sofa set "

After looking online for what seemed like forever to find the right furniture for me. I found this website and purchased the 7 seater Edinburgh rope outdoor sofa set. I paid the extra to ensure the delivery came directly to my garden which it was and in great timing. It looks great and it's really comfy. I know the website says it's shower proof but after miss judging the weather one afternoon when I was out it rained a lot. Usual UK weather. The cushions have absorbed a ridiculous amount of water and it's sat in the cushions for a week. To get the water out I've had to squeeze the cushion multiple times and lay them out in the sun. It's strange because only some of the cushions are effected by this.
I think I'll have to keep the set covered at all times and only remove a waterproof cover when I want to sit on it. Which is not ideal or what you want from a garden sofa set.
