Item came damaged. Took photos and sent several emails yet they have never replied. Poor service and product.

I can only give 4* as I have not used the store extensively, this was only my first time. Competitive prices on certain lines and the product arrived albeit late thanks to Evri in good order. I didn’t use the customer service so I can’t comment on how good that is but my item was dispatched fairly quick. When I use a company I really like to be WOWed about something to keep me going back but it was just food nothing special. Overall a good first experience and I would use again.

I placed an order, which was confirmed. After 3-4 days I emailed to ask on the progress of my order. I received a standard email saying that they had a warehouse problem. I sent a further email asking for a delivery estimate and have heard nothing more. I suspect they are a scam!
