Ordered freeze kit on the 4th march with 3-5 workings days stated on the website. Needed urgently for a job I’d had to ring multiple times and never heard anything back on email. I had to hire a freeze kit at my own cost after buying one that had not yet arrived. Item finally arrived on the 19th march. I only wish they would have told me I would have understood if I could have been kept up to date with what’s happening so I could have planned my work in properly.
