"Clean without permission and window is not clean"

This company provided us a free window clean service by cleaning our front house window only.

After that they came every month and clean our front window without permission. My mum and dad don't speak English so they couldn't stop them to do the cleaning.

I never agree this company to clean my window as the window service was bad anyway. They just put some soap water on my window and then leave. The whole process took few seconds. Then They passed my parent a 22 pounds payment for 3 windows.

The price is expensive, service is bad and they clean my window without permission.

When I refuse to pay the service as I never agree, they said that they will pass this to a third party specialist debt collection agent and I need to pay extra charge for that. What a scam trick to focus me to pay.

Anyway avoid this company, Expensive, Bad cleaning and Scam.

We've been looking for a window cleaner for a while, we've had a few now saying they will come and not turning up, even though they have contacted us with leaflets at our address.
Anyway we contact UK Window Clean and we was not disappointed they turned up when they said and the standard of the clean was high....and we got our free clean yay....so now we will be using UK Window Clean from now on, well done to you all 🙂👍....
