Reliable , good job nice cleaners

No streaks or black marks. As advised, takes several cleans to properly clean windows and UPVC. Very easy to liaise with if access issues or half the property done, they will come back. Messaging and emailing is easy and quick to respond. Best service and I have tried other cleaners who have left black marks and not cleaned properly.

Unable to contact anyone on phone always seems to have answerphone. The window cleaning is fine.

The windows are always perfectly clean and the staff are polite and keep you updated with what they are doing.

"Hugely unreliable"

I'm meant to have a regular window cleaning service, however I've just cancelled it due to them being so unreliable. So many times I was informed that someone would be coming the next day, yet no one showed up. The final straw was the fact that they have rescheduled with me 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and all three times failed to show up.
It also takes ages to get a response from them; no matter when in the year you email them, you immediately get a bounce-back email saying that they're "so busy" and will respond in the next few days.

Squeaky clean windows and frames, staff are extremely friendly and service is very prompt. Highly recommended

Generally very good but was over charged before Xmas but this was sorted out after emailing the company. Also this time round only the front of the house was washed there was no attempt to clean the back of the house.
