Arranged for UK window clean to do a free window clean in November 2024 and arrange price for future if I wanted them to come regular. Nobody turned up until today and a note was put through my door saying I owe £25.50 for today's clean and arrears!!!!. I can categorically say as I have a video doorbell nobody at all has ever been to my house to clean windows. I've left voicemail and sent email with no reply. Would not recommend this company at all


Update- received email next day to cancel service and arrears which I am grateful for.

I recently had my introductory free clean and was very impressed with the job completed. The windows were cleaned efficiently and very well. The company also responds pretty quickly to enquiries.

I am very happy with the quality of cleaning that I receive from UK Window Clean. Their first visit in November was extremely thorough, especially as I hadn't had the windows cleaned in almost a year.

The crew are always polite, knocking on my front door to let me know they are here, and in the particularly cold weather, warning me about the water from the cleaning causing icy patches on the ground, which I really appreciated.

I'm really happy with the quality of service I receive from the crew and the Customer Service team, and I'm looking forward to my next clean.

Would not recommend. We signed up for the free clean and they didn’t come for a couple of months. When they came, they did the clean and clearly saw us in the house. They then left a note through the door to say nobody was in but that we owed money for the clean. I phoned the company and got no response. I left a voicemail and nobody got back to me. I’ve now received a text to say we owe money. I feel like we’ve been scammed. Incredibly disappointing.

*UPDATE*
I eventually got through to customer service after a month or two of messages which started to threaten debt collection.
They said we have had three cleans, however I was completely unaware of this and they could provide no evidence. No note was left after the first two and therefore the second and third happened without our consent and we were then expected to pay. After speaking to customer service they eventually did let it go and did not insist we pay. It’s difficult to tell whether this was an accident (not leaving any notes for the first two cleans) or a way to get people to have to pay and not just get one free clean. A stressful experience either way!
