I ordered a new computer for 3d modeling and playing the new Hogwarts game. Got it with the a 4080 and new ultrafast m.2 drive. Love it. Loads fast and got here in a few days. Thanks Xidax I’ll need another one for my wife soon.

Great Service, fast shipping and knowledgeable staff. Generally, when I go to a website and buy stuff its days and days to talk to anyone. Have a question, someone is there. Very different than how you have to buy most stuff.
I wanted to buy a new computer to play the new Call of Duty game because mine just couldn't run it. I talked with the sales team and they knew exactly what I needed. Didn't try to oversell me on a ton of options that I did not need. It was really nice to not have to deal with the pushy sales guy approach. Yet they got to the point. Got me my system and here we are now using it!

I purchased a custom PC with lifetime warranty from Xidax a little over 1 year ago. The GPU went out, so I contact xidax to get a replacement sent out under the warranty. Xidax tells me the way the warranty works is I would have to pay for a new GPU up front, then send the current defective one back to them. That way they can verify it is in fact the original part etc (which is understandable) and then once confirmed it IS the original part, a refund would be processed for the new GPU. So I go ahead and pay the roughly $520 for the new GPU. They send it out, I mail the old one back in, but then never receive my refund. So I call them after waiting for over 1.5 months and they tell me “oh sorry. Looks like nobody ever processed that for you. I’ll get it handled right now”. Okay great. Well then another week goes by, and still nothing. So I contact them again, this time via their online chat so I have proof of records and screenshots should this problem keep happening. This time the person says the SAME exact thing “oh sorry about that. It’ll get processed today”. So I asked for some sort of email confirmation that it is/will be processed. They tell me “yeah once it’s actually processed, you will get an email”. Now another week has gone by and still nothing. I an absolutely furious and now I’m stuck filing police reports, disputing charges with me back, and getting attorneys Involved for fraud. I would highly highly highly recommend choosing another more trustworthy company for any PC needs.
*my review still stands. While I finally DID get my money back, I had to contact this company over 5 times to get it back. Had to file a dispute with my bank. Not to mention getting laughed at and hung up on for requesting to speak to a manager.

"Avoid If You Expect Reasonable Support After Sale"
Sales is friendly as expected and eager to talk, but service takes forever. CPU cooler was terribly installed leading to overheating. Motherboard fried less than 2 years in and it has taken nearly a month and they still haven't shipped my PC back even though they claim service is complete.

Stay away from this company. I bought 2 computer from this company - 1st machine was DOA twice. Had to ship it back to them for damage that occurred in transit. Then I found out had an incorrect part.
Second order took over 2 months to get to me and had a dead sound card. After we got the sound card replaced turns out the speakers were not compatible and they would not refund the full difference on what I paid.
Finally you will wait over an hour to get to tech support and they do not work weekends or after 5 pm mountain time.
