"Xidax Custom PCs are the Best!"

My custom built PC was built exactly how I specified. Ordering was super easy as well. Their staff was knowledgeable and explained pc parts to me when I had questions. They wanted to be sure I was taken care of, and they definitely won me over as far as service goes. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in building a pc.

Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from this is my 3rd PC from them and my guess is you have a lot of non PC people ordering from a high end performance PC place and they are trying to skimp and save money. Always had good luck with them and they give you a assigned sales person to work with

"Gaming computer that will not play games...."

I purchased a gaming computer from Xidax for $700 after speaking with the owner to find a system for my son. I was assured it was a good fit to play Minecraft and Fortnite. I bought it as a Christmas present and made payments for a whole year. It never played a game without crashing. I was told I would have to buy another part for $500 to make it play games.

My son is still without a way to play his favorite games on the weekends. He's a great student and an athlete and the best kid. I told him if he got Honor Roll I would get him a gaming computer. He did his part and so did I. They are holding no responsibility or accountability for the lemon they sold me.

Purchased new custom PC direct from their site. Problems right out of the box. Wifi connected automatically about half the time, the other times I had to connect manually. Even with wired connection, computer takes a few minutes to realize its connected. Never could fix that issue. The fan on the power supply makes a noise for the first 3 minutes after start up, that's nice. One of the legs broke off immediately, so now it's a wobbly POS. The free lifetime antivirus software never was free, always wanted a code I was never provided. The computer is large, I now know I would rather have a smaller one for my next build. I would never buy this brand again though based on all of these negatives. Paid $1200 for a $700 gaming computer. But hey, it plays games. I'm considering building a new computer using some parts from this in the near future, so hopefully that works out.

"Wrost Service Ever"

First, I hate the website design and is super hard to pick parts. Their parts are expensive and out of stock compared to others. It was super hard to setup Xidax hands-down has is the hardest part picker. The support is really bad if you have questions or need help picking parts.

they are a shet company. i order 2 times from them first time they try scam me. thought it was mistake., to give me a 120 dollar moptherboard instead of m,y godlike which is 600 bucks........ thennnnnnn i order again and they send me a computer with no fans. you hear me no fans........ and the gpu 5700 xt they swap it for a 580 which is 300 dollars less......... and what they said was "oh it inj our policy to swap it out if we are out of stock" read it your self you suppose to inform the costumer they are losing out on thousands and not getting the computer they need..... dont believe me. go check out BBB better business burro those comets dont lie......... they will bne out of busness soon and is why there stock is null... they have like 1 or two things to pick from and they still have the ones they dont have listed. so when you chose the one you want. they give you what ever they want tp save money..... they said i was racist also. not knowing i am minority and then a asian guy comes up and says also i am racist without even talking to me. they just talked over me the whole time. all i said is IJUST WANT WHAT I PAY FOR> I SPENT 2100 and got acomputer worth 1000 comon dude. this racist thing would not have happen if this whole thing with protest didnt happen. they use it as a scape goat not knowing who i am married to and my kids are mixed. just shows what kind of people they are....... a white person calling a minority racist is just not ok
