"I just bought my second Xidax PC."

I just bought my second Xidax PC.
This one is 8k, the first one was 10k.
I was out of state for the Christmas Holiday and had specifically reached out ahead of time to have my PC delivered BY the 27th of Dec. when I would be back home. I needed the week between Christmas and New Years to set the PC up. They held shipping and when I noticed on the 20th it was still held, I requested they check to see if they had set it to ship ON the 27th instead of arriving on the 27th. I was told it could be there on the 27th if they could get it out fast enough and they would let me know. I was then told they could not get FedEx to pick it up that day and they would send me a shipping notification. That did not happen. Tried to reach them on the 23rd but no one available. Long story short, they told me they would expedite shipping and my PC will not ship until the 28th so I will not receive it until January 3rd. Never mind that FedEx offers next day and even same day shipping for items over 100 lbs. I have received no offers for recompense, discounts, etc. I expected the PC on the 27th, needed it to be here this week, and now it will arrive when I am already back at work. Very disappointed. I am sure my 8k PC will look great (at least I hope so) but it is hard for me to spend that kind of money and then be stressed throughout the holidays just to find out that expediting something still means they cannot get it here in less than 5 shipping days but my company can do that, and customer satisfaction is an apology but still failure to meet a customer's requests. Even an offer of speakers or the Viper bundle they are giving away in January or something I did not include in my order would have helped. Instead, I remain frustrated, and without the PC until I am too busy to set it up for several weeks. On my first PC, James Gingras worked there and advance replaced a custom build to resolve issues I had with the original. James has gone to Meta PCs and I probably should have too.

"5-Star Sales and Service"

Had a great experience working out a custom liquid cooled solution for my next gaming PC. I had many questions and was price shopping them against all the competition. Andrew did a WONDERFUL job helping to explain the benefits of using Xidax - it never felt like a hard sale, just a logical explanation of their ethos. Just submitted my final purchase order and couldn't be more excited. Big props to Andrew for staying patient, guiding me through each consideration, and earning my business!

There is no other company I've worked with that had customer service that was so helpful.
Not only that but actual people, no dealing with automated robot messages or links that lead to nowhere that answer questions I never asked.
Straight down to business, and quick about it at that.

"Xidax Rocks!"

Placed my order with the help of Spencer Johnson in sales. Dude knows PCs! He managed to upgrade my custom build to a better PC and saved me about 200 bucks. I couldn't find my power button (amazing case, but that button is stealthy, lol!), so I called tech support and they got me fixed up. These guys have a great reputation as being one of the best. Companies don't offer lifetime warranties unless they stand behind their work. Recommended.

I have have the highest regard for Xidax as a company! My experience with them has been excellent! From purchasing a new computer from them to customer service several times on issues that were over my head they have been very friendly and professional and I consider them to be a trustworthy and honest company!

"Customer Service post-purchase [UPDATED]"

This company cares a lot... about getting you to buy something. They actually do a great job getting you linked up to what you want. I bought a killer 4070ti rig pre-built with 32GB of RAM and a 1tb SSD. I mention those because I talked with my sales rep about getting an extra 32GB of RAM and an extra 2tb of storage. We threw it on the order list and had a great experience. The social media manager even reached out to me to talk about potentially building my PC for an Instagram video. I said yes! and told them a little about myself.

A few days later, my PC arrived (September 25th). Excited, I unboxed it and everything was there for the pre-built. But I noticed only 2 RAM sticks installed and looked closer, it only had 32GB installed. And I only noticed 1 SSD on the mother board.

I reached out to my sales rep immediately in an effort to find out what was going on. No response. I went to their website and got help from their "Customer Service". They confirmed I only had 32GB of RAM installed and only 1tb of SSD installed as well and set up an order to have replacement ones shipped out (3 day shipping).

September 28th rolls around and I check the tracking number to see where we are at. It only shows a label was created, and nothing else. So I reach back out to Xidax to find out what is happening once again. They don't give me a clear answer and said they are on their way.

I did not receive an email to confirm this new order had been placed. On the 29th, however, I received an email saying something was shipped, but when I click on the orders on my account, it still showed only the label had been created. I gave them a day to sort it out.
EDIT UPDATE: This package arrived and was Wi-Fi antennae for the back of my PC. Not even my missing parts.

Now it is the 30th. I still only saw the label created under the orders on my account. I reached back out to the support team and expressed my frustration in a calm and collected way. The sales rep, Shane? I think his name was? No compassion. Does not care at all about the customers he is talking to. He talked down to me and tried to make me feel stupid. I do not feel stupid. He needs formal Customer Service training and does not fit the service I received from other sales reps at the company.

Not once did Shane offer an apology for the service I had been receiving, but they did get me correct order number. When I told him that was not in the email, I was incorrect, it hadn't updated on the website, he just said "Well you have it now". When I said I still wasn't happy I paid extra money for this big purchase and I felt 3 day shipping wasn't good enough, he said I should just get a refund. The order is showing it will arrive on October 5th. Well outside of the original quoted timeframe.

If this is a reflection of how Xidax treats their customers after their purchases, ESPECIALLY when Xidax dropped the ball and left parts out, I will be advising against using your company going forward.

Final Update: The situation has been resolved. Jesse hopped on the phone with me yesterday and helped me understand what happened with the package and my order.

He was very transparent about the mistakes and what was being done to remedy them.
While the post purchase situation was incredibly frustrating, I appreciate Jesse and everyone else at Xidax for trying to make this right.

One thing I would highly recommend for anyone working with Xidax in the future, is once your purchase is made, stay in contact with ONLY your sales rep, even when you're having any kind of Customer Service issue. I do take responsibility for bringing multiple people in on this, rather than dealing with Chris the entire time.

That being said, I will probably use Xidax in the future. As I said before, they get you with what you want. And they absolutely do know how to get you with the rig of your dreams.

"I built my first PC a few years ago and…"

I built my first PC a few years ago and decided to upgrade. I wanted something super beefy and figured I would try a pre built this time, I started looking around and stumbled up xidax, so i checked out there website and they had exactly what was I was looking for a complete ROG build .my experience with xidax was absolutely phenomenal. Chris Liu was the kindest most helpful person I've come across and his customer service was above and beyond. A little mix up with the shipping at first but they quickly corrected it. As far as the build goes, I was completely blown away. It's super clean work and I couldn't be happier, thank you xidax and Chris!
