I have bought multiple computers through them, both custom built and prebuilt. Customer service from the build through the delivery and even issues after if they arise is amazing. The warranty is top notch and got me to the company, the people are what kept me.

"Easy Warranty Process"

The whole process to get my PC back was pretty painless. I had forgotten if I had a warranty or not and sent an email to ask. Returned with a yes and got the ball rolling on doing troubleshooting on my end to no avail and then sent my PC in. Just got word back today that repairs were done and will be shipping out soon. So excited to have my desktop back!

I had an NVME drive "stop working" on me today and called their support rather than try to work through it myself even though I have the knowledge. Spoke to Cole who was incredibly helpful and quick to suggest a solution and after implementing his suggestion my NVME drive came back to life. Took less than an hour. Awesome support and really drives home the value I've received from buying Xidax with Lifetime support.
