"The initial experience is great"
The initial experience is great, it does feel like a superb system, and most of the parts are not generic. HOWEVER, the vid card was PYNY not exactly top of the line, and i did the build chaotic, and rather jammed together anywhere they could hide it. After having a 4600 custome PC for 3 years, the AIO went out. They did replace it, with a used product and sent it back not very well protected and as far as I can tell within 2 months of recieving it back the motherboard went out. I have a feeling that proper thermal paste and conection was not done when the AiO was replaced but If I check myself it voids there warranty. another 150 to send it back and perhaps purchase an entirely new mother oard hoping everything fits. I want it known that the PC Im writing this review from Is an 8 year old alienware that cost me 1000 dollars LESS than my Xidax and I have never had to even do a deep clean on my Alienware, I have cleaned my Xidax due to obvious airflow issues monthly. Do not buy forom them, stick to a local builder you can take it to or a big name you know will not screw you in the long run, Xidax is not worth the price tag, headache, or short term gains. Read all the fine print, and know that there trade in program isn't actually to help upgrade your system its to help them get new customers from the sales guy himself... stay away!!! There is no top tier sales experience, yes the tech difference is there, but if the thing never works, whats the point?

I bought a computer from them. Windows usb disk blank. Installed the wrong motherboard. Disks they gave me didn't load. I really believe they built me a part computer. Spare parts to build a new one = 100% profit. = fraud.
