Aspen at Xidax gave very Professional Support. The point of support, especially technical support, is solve a problem. In this case it was a significant problem in that I could not perform my own professional support.
This was outside of Aspen's required function but worked the issue as if it was her own. Friendly (as all tech support is... :-P) and effecient. Find the problem and fix it as quick as possible.

I had the pleasure of working with Cole Tuplin, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his help! He assisted me with everything from fixing my graphics card to troubleshooting issues I was having with my PC. His knowledge and expertise were top-notch, and he made sure to explain things clearly, ensuring I fully understood each step.
Cole also helped me set up my fan RGB lights, which was something I had no idea how to handle. He was incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond by providing pictures that made it easy for me to follow along. His communication was clear and easy to understand, which made a potentially confusing process much simpler.
What truly stood out to me was how genuine and passionate Cole was. He didn’t rush me, answered all of my questions, and really made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. "Affiliate not paid."
I've been sending customers their way for awhile, finally got an affiliate account, got some funds in the account and after waiting a very long time to be able to request a payout. I finally was able to request to be paid, then I watched the account drained of all the funds and a notif saying I will receive the funds soon.
The issue is that they don't have my banking details or any of that. Never was asked, and I sat on their support phone for a couple hours. Not once did they pick up, just sat there listening to some Lo-Fi music. Before anyone asks, yes, this was during their business hours.

My company purchased 8 computers from Xidax in 2018 but I quit using them because the support was so bad. I have since purchased over 80 computers from a different company.

Xidax customer support has significantly declined in quality, with complaints about long wait times, difficulty reaching representatives, and slow response times when dealing with technical issues or repairs, leading many to say their customer service is no longer considered good.

I have been having computer issues and had to send it back for repairs. Initially Jorell helped me. He was amazing an kept in contact with me through the whole process and made a long repair much more bearable. Thank you Jorell! Unfortunately, my pc was damaged in shipping and the gpu failed upon arrival. I sent it back in and called today to follow up. Aspen helped me and was also great. He took the time to look into all my questions, even finding the damage on the side panel that had been missed and securing a new side panel for me. I really appreciated his patience and followthrough helping me out today. Thank you both so much!!
