Next Level Paintball

"Deceptive practices - red flags all around 🚩"
Next Level Paintball's business model is beyond dodgy. They act as a marketer / middleman, selling you tickets from another company, but they don't ever tell you this. These tickets also cost a lot more than what the real branch sells them for. Next Level Paintball was formerly known as International Paintball Group (IPG), before that one shut down, with many negative reviews as you can check for yourself. From what I know, IPG had many legal problems in New Zealand and Ireland, which probably forced their closure.
This brand is beyond deceptive, and people across the internet from countries around the world have complained. Delta Force Paintball, which is actually some sort of subsidiary / owner of Next Level Paintball also does these deceptive practises through their own website (Look up Delta Force Paintball's reviews in both the UK and Australia to see people critique them about their insane prices for proof), but will try to deny their work along with Next Level. And if you rock up to a paintball place that isn't affiliated with Next Level, but you brought tickets from them, you may be out of luck, as your tickets might not even be redeemable!
If you want to do some genuine, well organised, and not dodgy paintball, make sure that the company you go through isn't affiliated at all with Next Level Paintball at all. Better yet, go down to the fields yourself, and see the real company which runs it and do your research on them. And if you want to research Next Level, Delta Force, or IPG yourself, just look them up online and head to Reddit, where real paintballers give their honest reviews. Joe Lycett, a British Comedian, also has a bit where he exposes Delta Force and IPG for their deception, recommend you to watch that!

"Run, run fast. 🚩🚩🚩"
I wish I googled this company before I committed. The more I spoke to them, the more scammy it felt, the salesman said one thing but everytime I spoke to someone on the phone they told me different things, they have no consistency and refused to give me anything in writing. Don't waste your time unless you've got bottomless pockets or a kink for redflags.

"Brought some tickets in Broadmeadows…"
Brought some tickets in Broadmeadows from the paintball stand for the fields in Dingley village.
I can remember using these guys tickets before covid playing the kids version so was happy to know these guys are still in business, I’ve always wanted to use these guys tickets proper paintball guns at their fields.
The bloke who I brought them off did inform me that the fields are being refurbished and moving to Heatherton around the corner, so I’m super excited for it to open!
Until then I’ll be using some tickets in Sydney when I go visit the family before Uni starts.
I also took a photo of the bullet prices and locations which I highly recommend when you buy from one of the stands in the mall.
I’m going through the reviews and some of these guys definitely didn’t take photos of bullet prices or understand how the tickets work

"Good deal. Good day. "
Bought tickets in Sydney at Christmas for my brother and was given another set free so used them for myself and my mates. Site was good, exactly as written on the tin. Paintballs were cheaper through the tickets than with the site as old mate who sold me them said so and that bit cheaper than other places ive played before. Gamezones were good and the crew there looked after us. All in all good value.

"AVOID - Extremely dodgy"
Extremely dodgy and untrustworthy company. Completely built around selling scammy paintball tickets which can be bought directly from their paintball locations for a cheaper price. The only benefit you get with booking with them is a 10% discount on gear.
Once you purchase the tickets, it is next to impossible to get a refund. There’s so many terms and conditions to jump through and even if you do and get your refund ‘processed’ they will somehow lose your refund application…
The call centre supposedly only contacts their accounts team via email and are unable to call them. I work in customer service and have never heard of such an inefficient system. It’s either that the company has some terrible inefficiency concerns or they are actively trying to slow the process down in hopes that you give up. My refund application has taken me about 3 months or so and still has not arrived.

"Next Level is a SCAM"
I was at a shopping centre and we got waved down by some guy at a booth. He gave us these booklets with 'discounts' and after we paid 199.99 I decided to check the reviews since something about how the guy was acting sort of screamed 'Door to Door Salesman', and was appaled to find hundreds of SCAM reviews.
After we asked the guy how to refund he gave us the WRONG information on how to get a refund, saying we just had to send an email which we did, afterwards I checked the small print at the bottom of the booklet and saw there was an entirely different way you had to refund the purchase.
Another thing on the small print was some tiny tiny text saying 'You have to pay 50 upfront for each player to get the first 200 paintballs', in other words it is $154 per person for 200 paintballs.
TLDR: Always read the small print

"SCAM"
SCAM: This is for the Victoria facility. they sell you packages for a center they dont even have with the promise to open it, but then they wont refund you the money after they dont open in time... stay away from this company. I will be reporting them to consumer affairs unless they refund my money

Spent $100 buying a voucher in a shopping mall. Booked to go paintballing for my son’s 13th birthday and pay a further $290 for minimum paintballs. The day before the venue cancelled. I have asked for a refund. Not provided.

"Extremely unethical business"
Extremely unethical business. Alongside other commentors, seems like they used the same exact tactic to pull people in. I bought the tickets at my uni o-week and this guy was telling how it was the last day for them to be there and they wouldn't be here for the rest of the week and it was complete blatant lies. They also lure you in , trying to make you feel special buy giving "discount" , lots of my mates who bought it said it was a atrocious experience. Don't be deceived by these good reviews and unethical people.
