Dear Insure Your Paws. We were with you for a year and then happily renewed which you confirmed by e-mail. Unfortunately due to concerns around possible fraud, I cancelled and renewed my bank card overlooking the fact that I hadn't considered the impact of changing my card. Our dog then got cancer and we put in a claim and after several weeks back and forth with information, you decide to let us know that our policy was cancelled in May this year. I fully accept it is our fault but did it not occur to someone your end to pick up the phone or send us an email to advise us there was an issue with payment which we could have easily resolved. Our policy number was IYPU0011PH/202216/1. It also means our dog has been uninsured for the past 4 months without our knowledge. Thank you (ex customer)

Very quick and easy to set up, although there was a problem with their online payment system initially. Policy sent through very quickly. Now just hope that I don't really need to use.them, but hope the service is as good as when buying the policy if I do.

I saw this company advertised on MSE website so thought I'd take a look. I can't talk from the point of view of a claim but as far as signing up is concerned it was a doddle. I had a look at the site and went on to look around for comparison. In this time I received a personal email from the CEO asking for feedback and what they could have done better. The policy was already appealing but the personal touch made all the difference so I went on to buy. Prices are reasonable and competitive but in addition you get the app which gives access to training information and all kinds of extras such as chat facility to a vet. Reviews were positive so it's definitely worth a look if you're looking for pet insurance.
