Really speedy and efficient with our claim when unfortunately our young cat was taken poorly, even covered majority of the out of hours vets fees which many rarely do- all competed and paid within 7 working days- thankfully she has made a full recovery but grateful the process was stress free and efficient- thank you

All claims that we filed had to be chased up and often took months to be processed and paid. When our boy had to be let go they only paid a tiny portion of the fee even though they led us to believe that much more would be covered.Their costumer services is friendly which helped take away the sting. We now have a new pet and have chosen what is hopefully a better insurer. I would not recommend.

For some reason it changed my dogs breed from Labrador retriever to golden retriever and didn’t add my husband to the policy even though I included him. However I called customer service immediately and they were able to amend it quickly but I had to pay more for Labrador breed.

I don’t normally do reviews but this time I felt I needed too. I have been with insure your paws for 3 years I have never had to put a claim in untill last November. I had read some of the previous reviews and was dreading them not paying or not paying it all so I was very anxious about putting in a claim given the awful reviews I have seen. My dog needed a ct scan of his knees followed by a knee operation. Once the operation was done the bill was £5500 I paid my vets my £150 excess and they said they will sort the rest with the insurance company. I didn’t hear anything for a few weeks so rang insure your paws to see if there were any updates and they had received the claim from my vets and said it would be getting dealt with over the next couple of weeks, after a few weeks I get an email to say my claim has been accepted and the money will be with my vets in the next 3-5 working days which it was and for the full amount! Thank so much insure your paws and for making a very stressful recovery period with my dog that little bit easier 😊

Currently trying to make a claim for my deceased cat.
It's an incredibly stressful situation whereby I cannot get through to the help line and via email am being passed from pillar to post.

My vet has submitted a claim nearly 2 months back, yet InsureYourPaws have passed me to a new underwriter (Davies Group) - who have no record of my claim.
Meaning I now have to go back to the vet to once again discuss an incredibly traumatic moment of my life.
I'm not even confident this will gain any traction or anybody will come back to me. Awful service. Avoid
