"Don’t bother"
My dog had a reaction to meds that he was given after being castrated. I took him to the emergency vets and he was given probiotics and anti sickness meds. £400 upfront to the emergency vets. I then had to get all of the details to the insurance, they wanted to know his name when he was with the breeder, I had to give details of vaccinations that he had as a puppy with the breeder and then I had to send them the 4 sides of the vaccination card. It was relentless. I had an email saying I would be paid for the claim but not the probiotics for some reasons, that was fine, then they retracted the email and advised that as the illness was a complication from the castration, it’s not covered. I have no idea why they didn’t tell me this in the very beginning. Absolutely ridiculous, waste of time and will be cancelling. Equally castration is a recommended procedure. So it feels wholly unfair that the claim wouldn’t be paid. If he developed testicular cancer I wonder if they would then tell me it’s a preventable disease and I should have had him castrated.

"Totally awful company do not touch"
Totally awful company put a claim in refused and cancelled claim.
Stated dog was a dangerous breed being a staffy cross
Further down paper work stated he was a pitball which he is not, also needs to be muzzled.
Also stated he was aggressive even though never bitten anyone or vets kust dont like his paws touched or neck due to former abuse from a previous owner.
Dont touch this company at all quite happy to take your money each month but dont loke paying out for claims definitely better insurance companys out there who dont lie just so they dont have to pay out a claim.

"A better policy & a way better price…"
A better policy & a way better price than my current provider at renewal. Time will tell as a policy is only as good a your claim.

"Good value"
Seems to be a good policy and a very reasonable rate.

"So far so good"
So far, excellent service.
I’m always wary of leaving a review before the whole experience is over, easy to leave a good review only to be disappointed later on in the treatment.

"Do not use this company to insure your…"
Do not use this company to insure your pet. I paid out years of premiums but when I needed to claim, they refused - they found some ridiculous excuse in the small print. I was already heartbroken that my pet had died and then had to pay huge vet bills on top. I had presumed I was insured. Be careful what you say in the vet's surgery. They had records of every word spoken! Apparently I said, years ago "Oh I've never seen my cat breathe like that before' (He was obviously stressed as he hated going to the vet). My comment meant that he had 'breathing difficulties' so he must have had an underlying condition. This company has managed to save a few thousand pounds from not having to pay out, plus getting £20 per month for years but I hope people realise their pets are not actually insured and don't use this company.

"Good price and multi pet discount"
Good price and multi pet discount. Website a little difficult to fill in, so had to approach it a couple of times because of mistakes I could not delete as delete option not working.
But overall, I am happy with insurance options and value I was able to sort.
