Took my first payment straight away, I changed my mind within 24 hours and had to email and ring to cancel and they took an 8.00 admin fee. Daylight robbery.

I have never felt so let down by a company. My dog was ill last December which required a heart scan. I have full comprehensive cover which is over £40 per month yet despite this they have refused to pay a single penny out o the £1000 vet bill even though i am covered for up to £3000. No one will speak to me and they keep replying with generic emails. They have even said that as his previous vet (from 5 years ago and who is no longer in business) haven't responded that they cant pay. Disgusting and fraudulent company.
