Well I was previously insured by Animal Friends who quite frankly an absolute disgrace. Changed my monthly payments from under £20 per month gradually upto and over £130 per month and still not been reimbursed. Made one claim 3 months ago and they only offered 40% of the costs. Truly shocking. Heard good reports on this new company. Let's see how things pan out
